We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All information shared with us will be held confidentially and not shared with any outside body, except when required by NHS Track and Trace.


No refunds will be given, except where an ordered item is out of stock. Please order carefully. Where drinks are ordered for underage drinkers, these will not be served and not be refunded.


We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you order alcoholic drinks for someone who appears under 25, they may be asked for ID. If they cannot provide acceptable photo ID, their drinks will not be served and no refund will be offered.

WEIGHTS & MEASURES NOTICE
Spirits are served in measures of 25ml or multiples there of.
Wine by the glass is available in measures of 125ml, 175ml or 250ml.

Whilst we take every due care, our kitchen is not a sterile environment. We cannot guarantee that any menu item has not come into contact with particular allergens. Please check with a waitress (or telephone us) if you have any intolerance or allergy and we will attempt to assist you, however in the case of the most severe allergies, we may regretfully be unable to cater for you.  We recommend if you have a serious allergy you do not order via this app but instead seek assistance from a member of our team.
